How to send a large file to Support? Print

The FreshDesk support system only supports attachments up to 15MB in size. If you want to upload a larger file to Gibraltar Software, we have a separate file transfer service account you can use. Just go to our Transfer Big Files dropbox, fill in the fields and you can send outrageously large files to us. We get an email as soon as the file is uploaded and we'll take it from there.
